3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the kxy8 Platform, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security obligations:

• Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on kxy8. The opening or maintenance of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. kxy8 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify kxy8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Notification must be sent by email to [email protected] (note: email address only, not a clickable link).
• kxy8 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to supply requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in temporary suspension of account activity.
• kxy8 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any rights attached to your account to any other party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kxy8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction. kxy8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer providers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's system. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kxy8 processes withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed at the commencement of the next standard operating session.

• kxy8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer transactions may incur fees charged by the intermediary bank; these fees are outside kxy8's control and are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

kxy8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered players. The following terms govern the award and use of all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are awarded at kxy8's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotional offer. Players must read bonus-specific terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement applied to kxy8 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. • Bonus abuse — including any attempt to exploit promotional terms through multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of wagering mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the kxy8 Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other gaming product offered on the Platform:

• All bets placed on the kxy8 Platform are final once confirmed. kxy8 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error is verified and attributable to a Platform malfunction rather than player error.
• All casino games on kxy8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of previous game outcomes. kxy8 does not manipulate game results under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxy8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting strategies in a coordinated manner that exploits Platform vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of match-fixing in connection with sports events available for betting on kxy8 is prohibited.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are directly or indirectly derived from criminal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other unlawful source, is prohibited and will be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other financial mechanism to recover funds from kxy8 that were used in good faith to fund legitimate wagering activity constitutes fraudulent conduct and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Any attempt to introduce malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful code into the Platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

kxy8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Bangladesh user base. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time-outs: Players may set a session time-out that automatically logs the player out of their account after a specified period of inactivity or play duration. Session time-out settings are configurable from the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard.

The kxy8 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered marks. Any unauthorised use of kxy8 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, which does not include any right to copy or redistribute Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxy8 limits its liability in connection with the provision of the Platform as follows:

• kxy8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside kxy8's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. kxy8 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's announcements section.
• kxy8 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a player's decision to wager on any game, market, or event available on the Platform. Wagering is inherently a risk-based activity and all betting decisions are made solely at the player's discretion and risk.
• kxy8's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits kxy8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments and Governing Law

kxy8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kxy8 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with a player's account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kxy8 operates the Platform as an online entertainment service for users who access it voluntarily. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
